We are sorry, but hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking. For our guest’s comfort, there are designated smoking areas available on Ground floor - an outdoor café area, and hotel's rooftop. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guests are permitted to capture non-commercial photos or videos for personal use (without the use of professional photography, recording, and lighting equipment, etc.) in guest rooms and public areas within the hotel premises. However, please respect the privacy of other guests.

Children under 6 years old stay free-of-charge, with a maximum of 2 children per room.

For children aged 6 to under 12 sharing a bed with a legally appointed guardian, there is a surcharge of VND 250,000 net/child/night (for packages including breakfast) or VND 125,000 net/child/night (for packages excluding breakfast). Please note that this surcharge does not include an extra bed.

Children aged 12 and above will be charged as adults and are subject to the Sofa/Extra Bed surcharge policy.

Requests will be subject to room availability at the time of check-in. We will apply some applicable charges, and rate difference of room type you choose.

To visit the hotel room, we have a visitor time from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests intending to visit the rooms must present personal identification to a receptionist, and they will return your ID when you leave the hotel.

For rooms, we equip a physical door tag, including “Do Not Disturb” and “Make up Room” in the room, so you can hang them outside your door to notify our staff.
