The author of this building is the architects Félix Olivier, Ernest Guichard and Eugène Ferret, built in 1900 in the "flamboyant" architecture of the French Third Republic. Modern interior design with full equipment for sound and light. All decorative patterns, facade and interior reliefs were painted by a famous French artist like the models of theaters in France in the late 19th century and sent from France.
